“Our property at Kinloch consisted of two dwelling on the one site, both with Shadowclad on the exterior. The cladding had shown some deterioration and we decided to investigate Resene cool colour technology. The Resene people were very helpful and recommended GM as a good local painter to do the job for us.
Gareth went out of his way to provide all the information we needed to fully consider if the additional cost of an undercoat system to provide the highest level Cool Colour protection was warranted or not, and we decided to go with it.
Gareth was an excellent communicator all the way through the job and this included sending us regular photo’s of progress (we are Auckland based), it was a pleasure to deal with someone who delivered on their promise, did a great job and never once needed a follow up.
